Feeling contradiction now.
Firstly, I have rejected the interview. But the HR guy is so nice, asking me what is my consideration for rejecting the interview. He asked me to reconsider my decision, open for any opportunity that approaches.
Feeling of guilty of rejecting people advice, So I gave myself a chance to attend the interview. Feeling that at least I will not regret for attending the interview, at the same time to gain experience.
He said there is a few stage where you have to pass the interview. When he call me for phone interview, I was working and answer that without any much thought. To my surprise, I was shortlisted for the next interview, which I have attended for today.
For today, he just explained to me that there is 100+ people apply for this position. Out of the 100+ people applied, they have shortlisted to 40+ for phone interview and now come to 16 of us. Of course, they have search our profile online, monitoring what we are doing on line.
I'm not sure whether I'm considered lucky or what? Reaching this stage of interview and have a chance to work at MNC, is the dream of many graduates to die for. But I'm still under consideration. @.@
Going to there corporate office is amazing. Their office is like a lounge. Decorated with pond, spacious design, great lighting. I am so impressed with their office. Feeling great to work at their office. Too bad, most probably will work in the factory.
The interview room also different, instead of traditional rectangular table, they have a round table where 3 panels sitting on it. The atmosphere is quite relax as it looks like a small discussion rather than interview. The people is great and I get a South African as one of the panels. I can say that it is a great experience being interviewed at MNC.
I see that as an experience, even if I didn't get it, I appreciate all the experience that I gained. But if I managed to get the job, should I consider to change job?
I also don't have the answer, for now...

Seriously, this is a dilemma. I was called too, the second week I started to work at the present University. Straight away, I said I got a job and not interested for the interview. That was an English Lecturer post...and situated at Bukit Jalil...so tempting.
I think I'll complete the one year contract here, at least, cause I'm still young. This is the time to accumulate experience and working on tough and challenging tasks. Don't know whether this is the right thinking or not...but one year is too short compared to a life time and if you are good, you will be hired anytime, anywhere. Hope I am right. Haha.
